Bringing Back the Bones
2021—current
Bringing Back the Bones is a bodily landscape series integrating figuration and the natural world. Based on both imagination and observations of interconnected organic processes, I unify the divide between the transforming and continuously in flux figures and environments. The semi-abstract human forms join with and break apart from their surroundings, potentially overcoming or succumbing to their physicality.
